Lambeth is the reason the air quality is so poor. The LTNs have created major chaos in main roads and some side roads whilst rich people enjoy empty roads!! Just disgusting

I would like to ask whether measures will be put in place to monitor the air quality on Elder Road, West Norwood once the metal recycling plant opens?

Many of our service-users experience increased levels of anxiety and depression because of the climate emergency. Obviously the high air polution in Lambeth is a danger to physical health, but its impact on mental health must not be under-estimated. Physical health issues increase poor mental health, and so does the sense of fear and hopelessness the climate emergency is evoking in many people. It is essential that this issue is tackled, for the wellbeing of all Lambeth residents. Implement a car free day in Lambeth. This could start on a Sunday morning and build up to a full day. This would provide air quality benefits and also social benefits as it would encourage people to walk, cycle, play sport on empty streets.
