What further steps are needed?

I'm glad to see this one: 4.7 Conduct an annual review of parks machinery, including ground care machinery, leaf blowers, and hedge cutters, and commit to introducing electric/zero emissions machinery where feasible This is such a no-brainer - combustion-engine leaf blowers mainly seem to just move leaves around (inefficient); blow fine dust into the air (polluttion); are super noisy (long-range noise polllution); and spew combustion fumes (pollution). Please don't replace these with electric ones, there is zero need for that - brooms and rakes do a fine job - and these don't involve rare elements for batteries that need to be mined (and often workers/children exploited); don't have any recycling issues. I would like Lambeth to commit to ZERO USE of combustion/electric-powered portable blowers, strimmers, and cutters - all these can be purely manual and be much more healthy for everyone including the operators (if slightly harder work sometimes - which is also healthier, so long as they have appropriate rests and potentially physical training).
